As an organization admin, I'd like to be able to 'filter' my Members table based on a Membership's answer of a custom field

Our organization would like to give members the option to upload their logo instead of profile photo. Since members can sometimes be businesses.

As an organization admin, I'd like to be able to look up my memberships by Zip Code/Postal Code.

Organization's need to be able to filter with additional options such as Custom field questions, Admin-only fields, last name, regions/states/zip code/country, phone number, ID number, Business name/company name.
