Ability to add instructions / custom text when members make 'Offline Payments' through profile

As an Organization, when I allow for members to use the 'Offline Payment' option -- I want to be able to add custom text / instructions for them to make their Offline Payment.

As an org, we would like to be able to select which linked members' details we would like to add on the offline payment invoice.

The main member pays for these other memberships but we have to create an offline payment on the main member's account with the main members details, even though this invoice/payment is for a different linked membership.
