Add another Mailchimp automation option for allowing for 'Inactive' Members to sync to a list

Our Organization wants to be able to separate the Active and Inactivate Members to two different lists within Mailchimp. So it would be helpful to have an additional Mailchimp automation to sync only 'inactive' Members to a list.

If you're open to it, I'd love to offer a work around that you can accomplish today! :) 
With our integration with MailChimp, we sync the 'status' as a Merge Field to your Audiences/lists in MailChimp. 
Based on this information, MailChimp allows you to build 'segments'.
