Allow for certain Custom fields to be shown only on the 'Owner' of a Group

Our Organization would like to allow for certain Custom fields to be shown only on the 'Owner' of a Group. For example we want the Address field to only be shown for the Owner of the Group.

I believe this essentially encompasses what I'm looking for, which are fields/custom fields that apply to the group, that each member of the group does not have to fill out individually. Like if each member within a group membership shares the same address, the group owner should not have to fill out the address fields four times (or for however many group members are part of the membership.) We would like to have a group application process with requested documentation attached for the group itself.
