The current Optional Billing Default sets up automatic rebilling. We just got an irate member who thought he'd canceled that and we had to refund his membership to mollify him. With all the current attention to subscriber abuses, Join it is putting us in a bad place. We either foreclose new members from ever using rebilling, or go back to the practice that got us into trouble of members being put in rebilling without affirmatively choosing that.
