We would really benefit from an additional button for membership status. We would like to request a "Declined" status so we can still keep a record of people we've rejected. It's ideal for us to keep a record in case they try and reapply or show up to an event as a guest.

Ideally they would also not get any reminder emails from us about renewals etc
