Extend character limit on Custom Field questions.

Currently we are limited to 175 characters for our custom field questions. We'd like the ability to extend that so that we can properly explain how to answer the following questions. Either this or the ability to add a NOTE only custom field to explain the process on how to fill out the application.

We've extended the amount of text that you can include with custom fields!
Now, you can add an additional 175 characters as a 'description' - which appears as helper text for the custom field. Great for adding additional context!
