We can enter text, numbers, options, anything like this as custom admin fields but there doesn't seem to be anything you can DO with them beyond see them. One of the first obvious features would be to be able to sort and filter the membership list by any admin only field value. Or field value for that matter.

And it's still not even possible to sort the membership list by the member ID. Some low-hanging fruit like this REALLY needs some attention.
