Our process requires additional processing on our end for renewals and we would benefit from a new trigger that will help us automate this work. Currently, it's a manual process of monitoring the inbox and payment reports and trying to figure out which ones are renewals.

It would also be great if there were an automatic reporting option that listed the new memberships and renewals in addition to the metrics.
