I am a big fan of Joint It. But one thing is driving me NUTS. It is so easy to lose all your work when composing a "Quick and East E-mail." One wrong click and poof, it is all gone. I try to make a copy every few minutes, but today I failed twice and had to start over.

Staying in front of members with frequent e-mails is the most important thing Join It does. An improved Quick and Easy e-mail tool would be a very important update to most users.

I don't mean adding all kinds of graphics and merge capabilities. Just make is harder to loose your work when you are trying to copy and paste and do basic editing.

A way to tie communications to each member record would also be very valuable. Our members are very needy and tracking what we have said or written to each would be helpful for followup. I don't need a full CRM, I understand Join It has the ability to share info with highend CRMs. But that is not why we bought Joing It.
