kris@orbitdesign1.com and jeff.fantine@gmail.com have cancelled Join It because of the confusion that the additional details field causes for members on checkout.

This field is there to consolidate the custom fields that were asked/populated on the sign-up form; however, members feel like they get confused when there is a field called additional details that is a required field, and they have no idea what to add to this field, and they stop the application process.

The ask is to either hide this field, rename the field, or make it less confusing in any way and they would come back to Join It.
