Sort Members alphabetically by last name in Members table

As an Organization, we would love the ability to sort members alphabetically by last name rather than just first name in the Members table.

Itʻs kind of crazy that we canʻt sort by name on the Members table!

Also, if the browser window is small, the table overflows off the screen. This is pretty basic web dev to solve! Please fix that.
