Feature Requests

The member name showing up in the check in report is great! It might be to heavy in report generation but I have to manually vlookup membership reports and check in reports which takes alot of time, it would be great to add columns from the membership field in the check in report. For example, check in report as is, with name of member as well as a few fields from the member in 1 excel output. Many thanks!

As an organization, it would be beneficial for us to check in members directly from the search member view.

Our Organization would love to have the Kiosk mode available for Front-desk admin chairs. That way when left unattained a Member couldn't access as much in Join It.

As an org admin, I'd like the ability to edit Check Ins. There are times where we want to add past check ins, but the only option is to 'check in' a member at the current time. So it would be helpful if check ins could have their date/time edited.

We'd like a more streamlined way of checking members in to different events. They can show up in the morning to check in to use the library. Then check in in the afternoon to use the Gym.

Right now it only shows the 5 most recent check-ins. We'd like it to show more check-ins so that we can see how many are checked in for the day.

Get notified when a member is checked-in. We have staff that do check-ins or they self check-in via the kiosk. We'd like to get notified as an admin when a member is checked in.

Notify or flag when a member does not check in during their assigned time slot. This would help track missed check-ins based on scheduled attendance times.

Our Organization would benefit from the status of the member being displayed on the check in report so we can see if it was an expired member that checked-in

Our organization would like the ability to clear the check-in history. We would be able to use the check-ins to track events this way by running a clean report.
