Ability to add files to the Member Portal for members to download.

We are a neighborhood association, so it would be super useful to see members visually on a map so that neighbors could easily find other members that live next to them. :)

Our organization has 400+ members. We LOVE the idea of having the membership directory. However, with the current format (large boxes for each member), our directory page will be VERY long and fatiguing to navigate. Can you add a toggle button to change the format/layout of the member director between the large display and a searchable list display?

As an organization, we will benefit from restricting directory access based on membership type.

Add Chinese as an available language for the member portal

A useful function would be being able to pin three posts (like instagram) to the top of the portal where the post section is. This would allow the most important information to be easily assessable. Examples of this are, benefits, a drop box gallery, if a business pays to be pinned, a notice in general.

Request to move the "Digital Membership Card" and "Edit My Membership" buttons to the top of the Member Portal, placing them alongside the "View Benefits of Membership" button. This would make the most commonly used member actions more visible and accessible without requiring users to scroll.

As an Organization, I suggest a change made such that the member is clearly notified / prompted that there is 'missing data' in the form during the membership check out. Currently, the “try again” error prompt is not clear and is causing issues for our members. This is fairly standard practice on all other websites.
