Feature Requests

As an organization, I want a paragraph field that limits how many characters applicants can put in it.

We would like to use the Date custom field but without the year. We'd like to use it as a birthday with only Month & Day.

We need a TITLE name field to go along with First/Last name. If we create a custom field, it's out of place because it cannot be placed at the very top along with the first/last names.

Our Organization would like to allow for certain Custom fields to be shown only on the 'Owner' of a Group. For example we want the Address field to only be shown for the Owner of the Group.
