Feature Requests

Our process requires additional processing on our end for renewals and we would benefit from a new trigger that will help us automate this work. Currently, it's a manual process of monitoring the inbox and payment reports and trying to figure out which ones are renewals. It would also be great if there were an automatic reporting option that listed the new memberships and renewals in addition to the metrics.

A short survey when members cancel their membership would be very helpful. Just a few questions to help us understand why members leave.

We would love the ability to change certain filters for custom membership reports. For example we need to run a new members report monthly. I can create a custom membership report to filter on the Joined Date, but I cannot change that Joined Date each month. This is done on payments reports and it would be helpful to have this feature for membership reports as well.

Ability to generate reports that shows data for change of Membership type

Our Organization would benefit from the ability to run a report based off of the 'last updated' filter, similar to how you can sort the members table by 'last updated'.

We are trying to pull the raw data from our database month-by-month from the previous years and going forward. We see that we can pull a raw report as of today (or whichever day we pull the information), and we see there is the monthly report. Though, we are in need of being able to either pull the available reports with the raw data in Join It as of specific dates and/or be able to schedule the reports' raw data to come to us specific days of the month.

Our Organization would benefit from a report that shows the reason for a member cancelling their membership.

As an Organization, we'd like to be able to see the breakdown between the Membership payment, the Tax amount paid and the Add-on Donation amount.

Our Organization would benefit from the ability to collect itemized fees for renewals.

Our Organization would benefit in being able to view the value of the memberships on the metrics. In addition to the number of active memberships, the value of those memberships is key. We always calculate it manually. It would be nice if there was an additional column for it and it would show the present value of each membership level and the total for all levels.
