As an Organization, we need to be able to reorder the Member benefits without having to delete and re-add them.

Our Organization would like to be able to rearrange the standard fields to be in a different order. I'd like to include Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, but I would prefer that these were at the end of my form, not before the address.

As an organization, I'd love to add a Logo or Image to represent Membership Types

Our Organization would like for when a member doesn't select a state it defaults to N/A or a blank instead of Alabama. When people don't choose a state, it defaults to Alabama as the first state in the list, instead of to an n/a or blank option. So it looks like I have hundreds of members in Alabama and I am having to manually clean that (by guessing where people are from, but I still don't have a good way to categorize them if I don't know their state).

We would like to see if JoinIT can add the country code to phone numbers? In many websites today, users can select the country or the country code in one field, and then input their number into the next field. It looks relatively standard across most websites, so it is seems like the code is easily available. Having this feature implemented would help those of us who have members in multiple countries because the phone number lengths are different and unless the end user remembers to put a '+' before their number, it's not easy to determine whether the number is correct. This would also help with other integrations that sync contact information.

Our Organization would like to be able to add on another Address field in addition to the standard Address field. It would be beneficial to be able to duplicate all standard fields.
